She currently leads Global Ministry Development & Communications teams and serves as the Sisterhood Pastor in Jacksonville. She has a heart for people and is very passionate about seeing others mature into all that God has called them to be. In her free time, Karla enjoys interior design, home renovation projects and spending time with her family and friends. Karla and Matt have been married and on staff at Celebration Church since 2006 and are blessed with two sons, Baize and Grey.
